				"content_html": "<p><a href=\"https://youtu.be/erxreIwL8oc\">2026年6月16日，一日记录</a>。</p>\n<p>今天是一个阴沉但还算平静的早晨，送哈妹去学校，她扎着丸子头去参加“星光小舞台”表演，是第一个节目。</p>\n<p>早上起来的时候，也看到她的手指结痂了，在慢慢恢复，而我自己的手指也在观察恢复情况。</p>\n<p>今天的状态里，有很多关于工作、AI工具、以及系统设计的思考。最近在推进 Cowork 的 map as a context 设计，逐步从 referent → intent → map effect 的链路去打通。</p>\n<p>过程中也看到一些有意思的现象，比如 follow-up suggestion 让系统自动生成地图连线结果，甚至在“看似失败的运行日志”中，最终意外得到正确输出。</p>\n<p>除了工作，也在反思自己对 AI 时代的不自信：很多东西来得太快，反而难以消化，导致表达和分享变得谨慎。但也开始意识到，慢一点、理解清楚一点，可能才是更重要的方式。</p>\n<img src=\"https://cdn.uploads.micro.blog/27301/2026/2026616-.jpg\" width=\"337\" height=\"600\" alt=\"A person wearing a helmet and glasses stands outside a building, with text above and below them.\">\n",
